Useful tips... (utk blog yg dah lama tak ada latest entry...)

After almost two weeks of silence... yes... I'm back again 'ber'blogging. Nothing much to share... no interesting events/stories lately... sebab tu la saya mendiamkan diri. Kononnya nak mencerna idea utk manuskrip yg ke 4... tapi half way here... half way there... tengah-tengah pulak lompong! Itu tandanya, idea dan jalan citer saya belum cukup mantap... byk2 la berfikir lepas ni ye!!

Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs

One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion

One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure

One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack

Happy drinking!! But dont drink and drive... hehe.
